The house has a large parking area, huge and well-kept lawn, goldfish pond, big vegetable patch, chickens and two jack russell terriers. Large shared kitchen with Aga range. Plenty of storage space.

The monthly rental is £400 inclusive of all utility bills (not telephone) and council tax - an exceptional deal.
