General Manager required for a quality, fresh food restaurant based in the new Cabots Circus in Bristol! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new and exciting restaurant company as General Manager. This fresh, forward-thinking operation prides itself on their exceptionally high standards and has an excellent concept within the market place. They currently operate two sites with a further 12 openings planned by 2009!

Job Description:
Our client expect their managers to totally immerse themselves into the business, forming relationships with local businesses and driving sales. As General Manager you would be responsible for all aspects of running a very successful business including implementing and maintaining brand standards, planning and organising the management team to ensure that all shifts are carried out with maximum guest satisfaction.

Required Experience:
As General Manager you will be required to lead from the front while training and developing your staff to a high standard. Successful candidates will be highly dedicated, professional and possess excellent communication skills. It is imperative that you have a passion for quality food and drink and have excellent service standards.You will need several Years of management experience within a similar position.You will have experience in managing a high volume site whilst maintaining exceptional service and brand standards. This is fast paced site that requires a General Manager to lead the team through demanding yet rewarding circumstances.
