CARE SUPPORT WORKERS
The school offers a highly specialised service for children that
includes a Steiner approach to education, holistic therapies,
individual care/education plans. Support workers are based in homely
house groups and each one is responsible for meeting
the individual needs of one or two children.

NVQ Level III study is provided and training is offered in communication methods, home therapies and many other aspects of the work.

Other benefits include seven weeks holiday per annum
rising to eight weeks and a pension scheme.
