We are looking for a 1bedroom flat in bishopston, horfield, st. andrews, montpelier or st. werburghs from 20/06/08 for a year at first. We'd consider elsewhere at the right price.

The rent can be upto £550 per month more if inclusive of some/all bills. Ideally would like a garden/outdoor space and convenient parking but these arent essential. The flat doesnt need to be fully furnished as long as it has white goods.

We would prefer a private landlord. We are busy, responsible people that are looking for somewhere that can be our home for about 3years if possible. First months rent, deposit and references can be given immediately.
