Worked 8 month season previous summer in beautiful organic food hotel. Very enthusiastic about food.. Very good cook. I've been cooking since Eight years old and have had my own recipes and writings published in magazines (accessible online).
I would love a decent live-in position working with decent/local, and freshly cooked to order food. Excellent references available.
