Hands on supervisory role on offer for a market leader in the food industry offering excellent training and progression.
Due to the creation of a new role the current mechanical supervisor has been promoted and as a result my client is looking for an ambitious mechanically biased maintenance supervisor or team leader that wants to take an active role in management, projects and all continuous improvements on site.
With the food industry still doing well, and being part of a larger group, this opportunity offers job security as well as the chance to have a large impact on the engineering division of the business.
This position is a hands-on maintenance role, whilst fulfilling a supervisory and directing function, taking responsibility for the shift achieving the required standards in manufacturing compliance, Health and Safety, plant performance and reliability.
