Chef De Partie Great Hours and Training Bristol Approx 8am 4pm daily
7 plus per hour

This is a great opportunity for an up an coming Chef to learn two very different styles of service: Family restaurant and Conference and Banqueting. The site is in Bristol and very easy to get to via public transport.

The hours are mainly 8am 4pm depending on functions booked. As Chef de Partie you will be expected to work both sections of this site along with the Head Chef and brigade of 8. There is a lot of opportunity for training and gaining responsibility.

Chef de Partie Requirements:
*Previous experience in either restaurant or hotels would be useful
*A passion for the industry and willingness to learn
*Flexibility with hours
*Reliability and a great team worker
*The ability to work un-supervised and under pressure
*NVQs levels 1 and 2 would be useful
*Basic Food Hygiene certificate useful
*Able to travel to Bristol easily

The salary starts around 7 per hour dependant on experience
Approx 15,000 per annum
