This is a brand new company opening in the new centre of Bristol. The site will be fresh food focused , similar to other well known brands yet a broader menu and a newer concept. The site will have inside and outside seating and will popular the concept having taken extremely well in other cities.

Job Description
Working as the Deputy Manager, you will provide great levels of customer service to ensure your team gains repeat business. Working alongside the General Manager, you will lead your team from the front and create an amazing working environment , focusing on the training and development of your team. More importantly, you will use your skills to drive the business forward and expand the number of regular users.

Required Experience
*Previous Deputy Management experience within a restaurant environment is essential
*Passion for service excellence
*Experience working with fresh produce is essential
*Experience within a structured environment, excellent organisation skills are key
*Ability to display a track record of success in exceeding customer service levels
*Have the desire needed to push the business in the right direction.
*The ability to get the best from your team through training and motivation

Salary and Benefits
The starting salary for this role is up to up to £24,000 package and bonuses.
