I am going to be away on placement for three months, from April to July, so my room is up for rent.
It’s the biggest room in the house, and the only one which is en suite, so you won’t have to share it with anyone else.
I’m all paid up until April 17th, but am moving out on April 9th so the room will be available then.
While I’ll be packing up all of my belongings, the room will be fully furnished.
My three housemates are all about 23, one is doing a Masters, two are young professionals, working at Lloyds TSB and a marketing agency. They are really easy to get along with, and will welcome anyone with open arms. The house is pretty quiet during the evenings, as very rarely are we all home at the same time, what with working late, going to the gym and other arrangements, though there are nights where everyone is in, and it can get a bit rowdy!
It’s a perfect room if you do feel like just getting home and away from everything, as it’s so big, with its own bathroom and sofa, and it’s on the top floor.
We have Sky TV, washing machine, wireless internet, a dishwasher, lots of parking and bike storage.
The rent is 400 pounds for the month, all inclusive of bills and council tax.
The kitchen and lounge are all newly furnished with modern fittings, dishwasher, two sinks in the kitchen, island in the middle, very plush.
We're about a 6 minute walk from the top of Whiteladies, so it's convenient for getting most places on foot.
