Personal Trainer Dave Lewis has designed the 'Absolute Beginners Running Course' specifically for those people who havent the confidence or motivation to get into running.
We meet once a week for 6 weeks where you meet people of similar fitness levels who want the reach the same goals. The sessions are run in a relaxed and fun environment and we stick together as a group throughout the whole session.
Next course starts Saturday 7th November 9:45-10:15am. Course costs £35 in total which includes the weekly session and a training plan for you to follow in between our meets.
