Bristol houses / flats for rent - short term
Spare room in Clifton 1 2 nights per week cheaper than B& B (£20 pw)
We have a spare room in our flat and are looking to have someone to stay up to 3 nights a week during the week.
Obviously that arrangement isn't ideal for everyone - in the past we have had an academic who was teaching at the University but lived outside Bristol, and that worked well, as it was much cheaper for her than staying in B&Bs.
Rent would be £20 per night for every night you're there, so if you don't need to stay you don't have to pay anything. The room woudln't usually be available at weekends.
The room has a double bed but isn't massive (not a huge amount of storage space). Nice big sitting room whcih you're very welcome to hang out in with us. We are a couple in our 20s but are pretty quiet.
Bills included, we have Sky TV and Sky Sports. Feel free to use our milk and that sort of thing.
