As a key member of the Café Rouge team, you will responsible in setting the standards within our restaurant. This will be achieved through positive leadership and a can-do attitude.

Having the skill to run our kitchen, the ideal candidate is confident, fully hands-on, highly motivated and has great attention to detail. As Kitchen Manager you must understand what it takes to maximise the guest experience through exceeding their expectations.

Required Experience

To join us you will need passion and determination as well as the ability to manage a team by coaching, developing and motivating others. 3 years previous relevant management or supervisory experience is a prerequisite for this role. All candidates must be available in the UK for interview & trial and
have a EU ID or a fully valid work permit.
