Good sized double room in lovely victorian terraced house with modern open plan interior and a decked rear garden that gets most of the day's sun. Newly-decorated kitchen and dining room (the turquoise skirting board and coving have gone!). 5mins drive from M32, 20mins walk from Broadmead, 30mins walk from the Waterfront/city centre.

The house is in Redfield, just towards the centre from St George, near St George's Park. The map on here isn't very accurate, it's actually closer to Church Road than it shows. Plenty of on road parking, on a really quiet street, and 5mins walk from local station, or 30mins walk from Temple Meads station. Bus stop at the end of the road. A few pubs and take aways, plus a couple of parks, all within 5 mins walk.

Housemate will have full use of whole house, inc home cinema, Wifi internet access and a really comfy sofa! The room is furnished with double bed, large chest of drawers, chair if required and a decent sized wardrobe.

I'm an easy-going, sociable, quiet, considerate non-smoker, and enjoy a pint at the weekend. I am pretty clean and tidy, but I'm not obsessive about it! I like getting outside, and do a bit of mountain biking etc, plus watching a bit of sport, especially rugby, and I'm pretty tolerant of soap addicts!

I've had male and female lodgers and have always got on well with them, and vice versa. My current housemate doens't want to move, but he's found a new job elsewhere. I would prefer professionals or post-grads, but it's more important that we get on ok. Available from 1st weekend in August.
