* Example code (PHP) not necessarily on the actual CV but a link or ability to send over to go with the CV...

An enthusiasm for internet technology and example of work / projects (whether commercial or personal) are strong plus-points. Degrees and the like are not necessarily essential depending on previous work though a nice to have .
