We are a Building Services & Facilities Management Company with eighteen branches Nationwide and require a Helpdesk Coordinator to work alongside Contract Managers & Facilities Managers working as part of a Helpdesk team.


Duties;-

• Making sure all Planned Preventative Maintenance is issued & completed by both engineers and subcontractors.
• Inputting / retrieving data for clients, colleagues and engineers.
• Distributing engineers to various sites within the Midlands. Making sure they arrive on time and within the SLA period.
• Helping make sure the KPI report is correct and issued on time.
• Responsible for distributing engineers to various contracted site and making sure they are there in an adequate time.
• Working and prioritising to deadlines by candidate but also in a team.
• Raised and authorised sales/purchase invoices for maintenance and reactive work.
• Liaising with regional offices for updates on every individual call placed then advising this information to the relevant person via email or phone.
• Saving information via excel spreadsheets.
• Raise and issue quotes to clients.
• Liaising with clients, engineers, regional offices and subcontractors.

Requirements:
Experience of working in call centres, helpdesk, telesales or similar role
No formal qualifications required
Must have a telephone manner

Salary up to £16,500 plus 23 days + stats holidays.
