We're preferably looking for a boy but if you're female and think you're the worlds best house mate send us a message too! If you're house trained, and apologies for the usual gumtree cliches but laid back, easy going and clean we would love to hear from you.

Downstairs double room looking out onto small (but perfectly formed)garden. We're just off St Marks road in Easton. Rent is £265 per month with bills on top, all things good houses need eg internet, many cushions, washing machine, people who can cook! We've got a strange but lovable cat called Mr Scruff.

We're two girls 26 and 31. Naomi works outdoors with children doing interesting bushcrafty creative stuff, I work indoors with crazy kids from Southmead, teaching and gettting chairs thrown at me. There's one (poor) token male, Naomi's boyfriend Dan, who needs some testerone in the house. He's an outdoor instructor who is about to start work with children too! (We promise we'll try and talk about something other than kids! At least at the weekends!)

We're looking for someone to be part of our house and who doesn't feel like they're just renting a room and we like people who do the dishes:) We like tea and cake, sitting in gardens, drinking cider, walking, good music and everything else in between.
We're a no smoking house but smoke in the garden.
