Childcare needed for one or two days a week, preferably Czech or Slovakian

Location: Montpelier
We are a family based in Montpelier, looking for a childcare for our son from end of January 2010.
I am Czech, my husband is English, so Czech or Slovakian person would be good, but not necessary.Our son will be one year in February.
It would be for 4-5 hours a day, morning or afternoon, one or two days a week.
