They are looking for a General Manager with a strong personality with the initiative to drive their restaurant to create a buzz, an exciting atmosphere and be able to feed off the energy of their staff. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven General Manager.
You will be responsible for running a restaurant for this successful brand is commercial management in its fullest sense. As a General Manager, you will set targets, plan budgets, control stock, recruit, and inspire your team, you will also be capable of creating and driving marketing campaigns. In a nutshell, you would be in charge of your own business.

Ideally you will already be from a high volume restaurant background, with previous experience as a General Manager in your current role.
