i am looking for a 3 bedroom house to rent privately as from june my current tenancy ends july but housing benefit has agreed to pay a overlap on rent because of the situation regaurding my sister, i am currently living in gloucester but needing to move to bristol area to be able to care for my disabled sister, i am looking for any area around patchway filton even south gloucestershire or within short driving distance.
i am a single parent with 3 daughters and a full time carer so rent would be paid direct to landlord from housing benefit, we are a quiet clean tidy family with good landlords refrences, i do only have small deposit of £450 but i am prepared to do any decorating etc with no cost to landlord or pay more deposit by installments.
