Second Chef wanted for village pub-restaurant

We are looking for a second chef for our pub-restaurant, located in a small village outside Taunton.

With 70 covers and a well-utilised function room, we have built a good reputation for serving fresh local food. Our head chef is now keen to go for awards and needs an ambitious sous chef to assist him.

You should have a natural passion for food, sound food service knowledge, and enjoy working within a small team environment. Excellent opportunity for CDP or juniour sous to progress.

Good communication skills and fluent English are a must. Accommodation is available on site and of course a good salary and bonus.
