Looking for someone who is reliable, reasonably tidy and considerate. Sharing with one other young professional female. Preferably seeking a female to share but open to other options.

The Room: Honestly the room is basic, the advantage is that it’s a ‘blank canvass’ just looking for someone to create a cosy home, has a king sized bed & wardrobe, with an adjoinig balcony. Good storage in the room.

The Property: Benefits from double glazing, GCH with all the usual white goods in the kitchen, washing machine, cooker (elec), plates, culterly etc…

The lounge…has sofas, and TV, Internet available, Light and spacious.

The Bathroom, reasonable size with a shower.

Secure parking available upon request.

The person who you will be sharing with is new to Bristol, enjoys films, food, and the odd night out! Would suit a simular person.

£340 pcm, excluding gas/elec (metered – averaging approx £7 per week between you).
