This leading financial services organisation is looking for commercially and results driven Proposition & Product Development Managers to play pivotal roles in recommending, implementing & driving improvements to the proposition portfolio.
Ensuring that enhanced customer experience & increased commercial performance are at the heart of propositions at all times, you will be responsible for developing & managing ongoing proposition activity & roadmap, overseeing analytical activity, developing cross sales & upgrade plans, and driving day to day portfolio management.
Educated to degree level, you must have a proven track record in delivering results in a challenging & demanding blue-chip environment, along with true passion for the customer and the ability to engage stakeholders & embrace change. Solid experience of managing, and delivering enhancements to existing product lines and evaluating business & market impact and performance pre and post implementation is crucial. Previous experience in a similar propositions role within the financial, telecoms, utilities or similar sector would be perfect!
