Our client is a market leading national contractor. They have a network of regional offices including 2 in the Bristol area. Their success has grown from specialising in low risk, high profit projects and through their reputation in the south west region they have secured a large number of partnered contracts offering stability and good long term prospects to the local teams.

Due to continued expansion they are looking to recruit a forward thinking, ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Build team in Bristol. You will have full commercial responsibility for a portfolio of contracts including new build and refurbishment projects ranging in value from £100k-£2M. Duties will include cash control, sub contract procurement and management and valuations as well as negotiating and settling of final accounts for sub contractor and clients. You may also be responsible for mentoring trainee and assistants working within the department.
