The first room is a small bedroom with a double bed, from which stairs lead up to a spacious attic living room (both rooms being for the sole use of the lodger). The attic has kitchen area with fridge, microwave, kettle and food storage; large table; internet access; sitting area with sofa and chairs and TV. Fantastic views from three skylights to suspension bridge and Ashton Court. Lodger has own shower room and toilet on ground floor. Use of family kitchen by arrangement. Washing machine. Cleaner for communal areas of house.
We have one short-haired,very friendly cat.
We are a bit noisy around eight in the morning, but generally very quiet in the evenings.
Rent is £75 per week for the two rooms plus £17 per week year round contribution to cover all bills except telephone. Depost of four weeks' rent plus bills contribution, ie £368. Rent and bills
contribution payable 4 weekly or calendar monthly.
Minimum let three months.
