Mid 30's male requires double room in friendly non smoking shared house in Southville or Cotham area of Bristol. Am fully house trained professional who likes to keep fit, healthy but also have a beer every so often.

I have my own bed and some bedroom furniture. Am willing to commit to minimum 6 months and will consider a place that is up to £450 rent + bills depending on location and number of sharers.

I am fortunate that I am not rushed to find a place but can move at short notice when the right place comes along.
