We have a spare room in our house. It's a bright, clean, Large double room on the ground floor of a 3 bed house. The place is furnished and has a large garden, for those sunny afternoons. It has a decent size kitchen and living room.

You will be sharing with a guy and a girl both in there twenties and both at Bristol Uni, who enjoy cooking and drinking together (not a couple!). :-)
