I am looking for a female/male professional non smoker.

I am a 28 year old nurse who works shifts so a considerate housemate is a must.

The flat is a 10 minute walk to the city centre. There is ample bike storage. The room is available on the 20th november and is furnished with a double bed and built in wardrobe. Monthly rent £450 all inclusive.

I enjoy cooking, yoga, running, comedy, live music, hanging out with my friends and generally having a good time

This will be my home and i am looking for someone that will treat it as there's too
