I have 2 double rooms available to choose from in a Victorian house in Knowle, located just off Wells Road near Broadwalk Shopping Centre.
The house is well kept by the current mix of friendly female professional tenants who are in their 20's – 30’s
One room has a brand new carpet and has just been decorated throughout and is spacious. The other room is huge and has also just been decorated to a high standard. There is a large warm bathroom in the house, an exceptionally clean modern kitchen and a communal sitting area for all to enjoy.
There is a small flowered garden to the rear that catches the sun in the summer and a side access if you have a bike. There is on street parking available immediately outside the house.
The rooms are let on an unfurnished basis and all necessary white goods are supplied in the kitchen area. There is wireless internet and digital connection available also.
The house is within walking distance of the local high street, shopping centre and major bus routes located on Wells Road. It’s about a 10 min walk to Temple Meads or a 5 min drive to city centre.
