Friendly professionals seeking new housemate for a shared home in a quiet area just off Blackboy Hill (very convenient for shops etc). This large double bedroom with a built in wardrobe is £300pcm +bills . We have a large kitchen, two communal areas, wireless broadband and two communal bathrooms.
We are currently a happy mixed house of four in our mid-late 20's - early 30's, but sadly (for us) one of our housemates is moving to Cardiff. We are easy going, tidy and sociable and would love to find someone of a similar mindset. We tend to do most of our socialising at the weekends, which includes sporting activities, art and the pub!
