We are currently looking for a Junior Service Manager / Service Analyst to work alongside a SDM. Ideally you will be ITIL qualified (Foundation V 3) with established skills in Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management and Supplier Management. It would be highly desirable to have experience of IT applications and Infrastructure.
