I'm looking to share a home with around 3 others in their late 20s / 30s who have a mature attitude toward sharing. I would like an evenly mixed house, male/female. Would also like to share cooking on a regular basis to save time, save energy and for the social occasion.

I'm a 30s guy with full time job. I've got interests in environmental issues, cycling, climbing and sculpture. I'm considering 2 options:

1) Joining an existing house of 3 sharers.
2) Organising a new house of sharers.

I'm looking for an unfurnished place as I've got bedroom furniture and a sofa. Also, I want a house that is no-smoking, pet free and has place to store a bicycle inside, or in a secure shed. As for location, need it to be within cycling distance of the centre of Bristol, and preferably with a good bus or train link for when I'm feeling lazy.
