A high performance, intelligent battery charger with a built-in microprocessor that senses the battery size and delivers the appropriate charge. The unit will charge Ni-Cad, Ni-MH and alkaline batteries in AA or AAA sizes. Up to four batteries can be charged in any size combination simultaneously. A built-in LCD displays the charge condition of each individual cell.

Discharge / conditioner function is also very useful for NiMh batteries. They should be fully discharged once every 25 charges to keep them in top condition. To use this function, ignore the manufacturer's instruction sheet and switch the charger to Ni-Cad. Insert your NiMh. The LED will turn ORANGE/ YELLOW and your batteries will be discharged & recharged automatically.
Note: Gentler on AAA batteries, therefore you get better battery life.
