Chef de Partie / Central Bristol / Hotel / Salary £15,000 to £16,000

Chef de Partie required for large hotel situated in central Bristol. This is a well known and well established company offering security and good prospects for the future.

This is a great opportunity to work and grow under an established Head Chef producing top quality cuisine. As expected this is an all fresh seasonal operation so candidates will need to have come from a similar environment, ideally rosetted.

Candidates will need to demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for fine food along with a "can do" attitude. Able to work and deliver under pressure in a team environment or unsupervised is essential.

The client is offering a salary between £15,000 to £16,000 depending upon experience with 2 days off a week.
