I teach guitar and vocal lessons in the Bristol area. I've been established for over six years, and teach one to one as well as workshops at the Bristol Folk House.

Guitar: I teach beginners to advanced, covering fingerstyle, slide, lead and rhythm in both acoustic and electric. I have much written material I use, but a student is welcome to bring in other material (including your own).

Vocal: complete beginners to advanced. I teach by ear, covering note accuracy, timing, phrasing and breathing. I develop my students to be able to sing in different 'textures' i.e 'bluesey' 'smooth' 'breathy' and then to interpret pieces using their singing palette. I also teach guitar and vocals together.
