The room offered has a single bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, bedside cabinet.
High speed internet and cable, council taxinc inc in rent.
Utility bills not included : water, electricity

I work full time and am looking for an easy going, chilled out housemate to move in till summer (July). Rent 325 plus security deposit of 325 (1 month rent)required. No tenancy argeement.
