Customer Operations Analyst
The Company
OfficeTeam are currently recruiting for an American company, who are looking to expand their services into the UK and Europe. To begin with, this will involve providing 1st and 2ND line support for clients between 9am and 1pm.
The Role
§ Works as part of the Customer Operations team, providing technical support for customers via phone, email and/or Online chat during assigned work hours.§ Answers, evaluates and prioritises requests from customers experiencing problems with SPS Web-based services and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). § Facilitates problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up for customer problems, escalating the most complex problems to appropriate staff / departments, when necessary. § Logs and tracks calls using a problem management database, responds to and resolves open issues in appropriate time frame and maintains historical records and related documentation. § Participates in peer-training and cross-training initiatives. § Introduces customers to new SPS products and services. § Performs other duties and projects, as assigned.
