We are a mixed gender group of five young professionals, interested in a 6 bed property on Cromwell road, very near the Arches and Gloucester road. We are applying for this property but as there is significant interest from other groups, it is not in the bag just yet. (But if we don't get this particular property we would happy to add a sixth member to the group for further prospective properties).

The house is newly refurbished, available in a couple of weeks when finishing touches and admin stuff have gone through. Rent is about £300 a month, without bills. All the rooms are doubles, one a bit smaller than the rest and one a bit bigger than the rest. There are two bathrooms, a small-ish kitchen and a large living room.
