Trainer - Contact Centre
£26,000 pa plus benefits

Working for one of the UK’s most recognised insurance brands, in their recently opened inbound call centre; you will join a team of experienced call centre trainers.

This diverse role will involve training new customer service / telesales advisors, as well as the coaching and development of more experienced staff. Your previous team trainer experience will allow you to really contribute to this department, which is always open to new ideas and solutions to improve processes.
