Deputy Manager required for a quality, fresh food restaurant based in Bristol, basic salary up to 23,000 plus bonus scheme!

Job Description:
This company expect their managers to totally immerse themselves into the business, forming relationships with local businesses and driving sales. You would be responsible for assisting the General Manager with all aspects of running a very successful business including implementing and maintaining brand standards, planning and organising the management team to ensure that all shifts are carried out with maximum guest satisfaction. You will be required to lead from the front while training and developing your staff to a high standard.

Required Experience:
Successful candidates will be highly dedicated, professional and possess excellent communication skills. It is imperative that you possess a passion for quality food and drink and have excellent service standards. You will have experience in managing a high volume site whilst maintaining exceptional service and brand standards. This is fast paced site that requires a Deputy Manager to lead the team through demanding yet rewarding circumstances. This is a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Assistant/Deputy Manager who relishes a challenge to work for a smaller, forward thinking company within a quality branded restaurant.

Salary:
As well as the excellent basic salary of up to £23,000 there is a generous bonus scheme.
