You must be a strong team player with a strong sense of ownership and be able to deliver technology solutions within a dynamic environment. Team leading aspiration is benefial.

Your technical experience must include very good commercial experience based around Microsoft technologies, this must include strong .NET (C# an ASP.NET), XML, SQL Server 00/05.

Desirable technical skills include Unit Testing, Team Foundation Server, UML, COM+
