. Hi, I'm Dave, I've just turned 27 and I have 2 rooms available for people looking for a laid back and friendly houseshare. The house is situated just off Broadwalk near to shops and bus routes and walking distance from Temple Meads and town.

The largest room is £350 whislt the slighlty smaller is £300 pcm

The largest room has a massive bed and a bookshelf and a walk in wardrobe and the smaller room has a double bed futon and a wardrobe. There is a large shared kitchen and livingroom, bathroom and has a decent sizd garden and off street parking. Rent includes all bills with sky and wireless broadband. I need two people to share with myself whilst my girlfriend is away at uni, although we would be happy to continue renting after she returns.

Deposit required, available pretty much straight away. Pets considered.


As we have two rooms groups of people are fine but no couples sharing rooms thanks.
