Telesales Executive - Exciting Opportunity

Salary: £ DOE + Commission. Flexible and based on Experience. 3 positions available immediately.

Commission structure: This role is selling a new product within a new team of telesales executives. Commission will be discussed at interview stage though it is foreseen that the commission structure will be based on both team and individual targets.

Hours: 9 – 5.30pm

Location: Yate, Free Parking

Already establishing themselves successfully specializing within the Printing Industry, they are now launching a new and exciting product and service to add to their portfolio and need a great team behind them to ensure its huge success.

Job Description: Having identified a potential 12,000 strong customer base, you’ll have the exciting responsibility of ensuring that all of these companies are aware of the new product being launched. Speaking with the right decision maker (Credit controller/financial Manager/MD) you’ll use your business acumen and B2B communication skills to sell the service and recognize the buying signals. Your call will most probably be the second or first introduction to the product so you will have excellent customer service/telephone sales skills. You’ll enjoy and be motivated by speaking with new contacts and be persistent in building a good relationship with your contact resulting in a sale. You’ll be targeted on the number of sales made per day. You’ll work as part of a motivated and friendly team where you’ll be involved in competitions, fun sales initiatives and continual training.
Calling during core hours of 9.30 – 5pm. Sales administration and Email follow-ups between 9-9.30 and 5 – 5.30pm. Administration and support is given from their Croydon Office. Ideally you’ll have and interest in the financial services sector and be interested in Business. Perhaps you are already working within a telesales position but want a role where you can really shine. You’ll be joining a brand new team in an already established company at a very exciting time offering lots of potential for progression.
