We are a rapidly expanding letting and property management company based on the Gloucester Rd in Bristol. Due to our expansion we are now seeking an experienced lettings negotiator to join our team.

You will be a 'go getter' a proven deal closer who is keen to work in a small team and really grow the business.

Duties will include:

Tenant viewings
Conducting rental appraisals and valuations with landlords
Lead generation
Following up old leads
Discussion of offers from tenants with landlords
Updating property adverts
Updating information on property portals
Updating window displays
Client feedback to both landlords and tenants
Client aftercare of both tenants and landlords
Taking photographs
Answering the telephone
Dealing with the public

Skills required:

Previous Lettings experience
If not ARLA Tech award qualified then willingness to study for this exam
Ability to prioritise workloads
Ability to work on own initiative
Flexible, friendly and highly motivated
Driver clean , full UK licence
Excellent administrative and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility regarding working hours (some evenings and alternative Saturdays will be required)
Team worker
Proven track record in sales and business growth

In return we offer an excellent renumeration package for the right candidate, with basic + commision, use of Company Car during working hours, 20 days holiday per year.

Working hours Monday - Friday 9.30am - 6.00pm with viewings to be done outside these hours as required and alternative Saturdays 9.30am - 1.30pm with viewings to be done outside these times as required.
