hi we have a 2 bed room house up for swaps
we are at the bottom end of kingswood , about the house the first bedroom is the biger duble room the second is smaller but still fit a duble bed in and draws , good size living room and a good size kitchen both gardens are a good size we have off street parking for 3 cars we had a combi boiler and heating system put in last year and duble glazing put in 2 years ago it will need decorating but its is livable, we are close to all schools and bus roots and 10 min walk to kingswood high street, we are looking for a 3 to 4 bed house as we had are 4th child 4 months ago and have ran out of room, we would like to stay in the kingswood area but would consider others.
