My client is an up market, contemporary hotel/restaurant based in one of the South West's busiest cities of Bristol. They are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Chef de Partie who can confidentially run a section on their own initiative and be pro active within their role.

This position will entail applicants previously working on and running a section, either Larder or Sauce mainly but can also competently work on all sections, including some knowledge in Pastry but this isn't essential.

You will be familiar with covers between 70 - 90 a day and increasing to 100 at weekends, so being organized and quick on your feet around the kitchen is an essential skill you must possess within your role. The cuisine is Modern British with European influences and also has a classic French style brasserie where traditional favorite dishes are served. Covers up to 50 on an average day.

The ideal candidate will have a creative hand in food and be extremely passionate and wanting a new challenge. Interviews/Trials are being held immediately....

For the right person, my client is willing to pay up to £16,500 per annum and live in is also available at a small charge of £35 a week.
