The bedrooms have been decorated and we are due to fit a new kitchen in the next couple of months. During this time a temporary kitchen is being used, this has all the usual appliances, cooker, washing machine, 2 fridges and microwave this kitchen will not be affected by the installation of the new one.

When the kitchen is fitted we will turn the temporary one into a lounge. Once we start this the work will be completed in 4 to 6 weeks. There is a good sized garden with a large summerhouse and a big bathroom with shower.

The house is next to a bus stop on the main route into town (approx 3 miles from town) and has a very good convenience store a few doors down. Kingswood high street is about a mile away.

We have two tenants at present who have been with us at least 12 months and are both very nice, friendly people.

£100 deposit and 1 weeks rent paid on moving in day and each week thereafter. (If you agree to take the room on the day we ask that you pay half the £100 deposit in cash to secure the room)
