Lead Clinic Nurse: Bristol.

Salary circa £25,000 - 28,000 per annum, depending on experience + quarterly profit related pay.

As Lead Clinic Nurse with direct responsibility to the Clinic Manager and Regional Clinical Development Manager, professionally responsible to the Practice Development Manager, your responsibilities involve ensuring the application and adherence of best practice, guidelines and regulatory standards within the clinical area.

This includes the National Minimum Standards, prescribed Techniques and Technologies for a Class 4 laser facility, supporting HCC compliance. You assume responsibility for clinical and nurse issues within your clinic, closely monitoring all aspects of service provision and appropriately addressing recommendations and concerns.

A Registered Nurse with management experience, you must also demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing, together with first class interpersonal skills, and high level of attention to detail.

The ability to organise, motivate and develop a multi-disciplinary team is essential, as is the management of a demanding workload and delegating accordingly.

A calm and flexible team player, you pride yourself in leading by example. Opthalmic experience would be advantageous
