Customer Service Representative
Part-time (Evenings & Weekends)
Minimum - 17 hours per week
GI SBU - Bristol
Band A
Salary circa £16,000 basic pro rata + annual bonus
Dependent upon Experience

The Job
To provide an outstanding service to our customers, actively identifying their needs and meeting them with our products and services.

The skills
• Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external Customers and Members
• Experience of working in a pressurised environment whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy and meeting tight deadlines
• Excellent ability to continuously prioritise and adapt to a changing environment
• Excellent team player with enthusiasm and motivation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience of working in a call centre or financial services environment is desirable
