Restaurant Manager / Bristol / Fresh Modern Cooking / Central / c25k negotiable

We're looking for a General Manager/Restaurant Manager for a new restaurant operation in Central Bristol. The restaurant offers a fresh, modern and locally sourced menu with an emphasis on locally farmed produce.

We are looking for applicants with solid experience at Senior Management level in top food lead environments. The restaurant caters for a relaxed but discerning clientele that are expecting 5* service standards, so attention to detail, customer service, friendliness and quality of food service is of paramount importance. Applicants will be confident and experienced in all areas of front of house management; including staff management, service standards, stock management and cashing up etc. A personable yet effective approach to running the front of house business is essential. Salary is negotiable and dependent upon experience but will start in the region of £25,000 negotiable.
