This double bedroom is a good size, just over 3mx4m. Victorian terrace. Rent includes all bills: heating, wireless internet, free evening/weekend phone calls, etc.. Fully furnished including a double bed, wardrobe, chair, chest of drawers and desk if required. You will share a beautiful kitchen and living room (and bathroom and dining room, small garden) with an early 30s married couple, and very short-haired cat (I am allergic to cats, but this one is OK). Use of washing machine, dishwasher, TV video, etc. of course.
Location: just off Dean lane on Kingston road (map feature seems to display slightly the wrong place), it is 10 minutes walk from the Arnolfini, 15 minutes from Park Street, 5 min.s walk to Asda (24 hours).
We are looking for a clean and tidy, quiet person (no couples). Non-smoker is essential. Available for rent any length of time, 4 weeks to six months; available immediately or to start at some future date. Would suit student or young professional.
